If your goal for working out is a number then you do not deserve it.
If all your shallow mind can focus on is the meaningless number on the scale then I HOPE you waste your sorry life staring at that damn number that’s never good enough for you.
If counting calories is better for you than EATING HEALTHY because when you EAT HEALTHY the SHALLOW NUMBER on the scale goes up then YOU DESERVE TO WASTE YOUR SORRY LIFE OBSESSING OVER FUCKING NUMBERS.

I thought this was going to be easy, but I was wrong! lol
I have already had the urge to pull out my scale twice since Friday to see if anything has changed. I believe the last time I weighed myself was last week…or maybe 1.5 weeks ago…not sure.
I never use my scale daily but I do use it weekly or every other week. Ahhhh! Only 3 days into October!
I was looking at myself in the mirror this morning and I have definitely noticed a change. Especially in my legs and torso. I look much more slim than I used to look and my body is beginning to form a sort of line (from the side view) instead of bubbles and bumps and such.
I have quite a bit of lounge wear that is fitting me much better as well. Some things are fitting as they should instead of being tight and other things are clothes that I couldn’t even wear until now. So that’s good. :)
Don’t be discouraged by water weight. Women I’m mostly talking to you…

It’s water weight. It happens. It will go away & you will find that you’ve actually just been bloating. Even though I’ve been told this a million times… sometimes I forget.
