I make a little bit of cash on Etsy. But it’s not enough. It trickles in. I make candy. I make a couple of sales a month. So the batch of candy I make is much bigger than the demand, so we end up eating most of it. We’re both pretty tired of eating it by now though. So I’m probably going to close my Etsy shop. Meh.

At most, there will be 7 more bags of the best Scottish tablet in the whole of the US, and then that’s it. After a week it doesn’t taste as awesome so, after a week, that’s it.
If business had been better, I could have kept it open. But it’s not. So that’s that. If I can’t even sell candy, then I’m pretty much a shitty salesman.

Another day, no car.
Luckily I was scheduled off today so I’m not missing work. But if my car doesn’t get fixed today I’m not sure what’s going to happen this weekend. My husband and I are both scheduled to work and to be honest, I’m not even sure if we’ve been terminated from the system yet.
I know that my bosses aren’t going to have very nice things to say to me, whether I bring the garage bill or not.
I applied for a few jobs yesterday and I’ll be applying for more today. Really wish I could get a job in this town because I am done commuting 60 miles (round trip) per day.
I’m drinking some coffee and then my husband and I are going to ride our bikes to the post office down the road and to the general store to stock up on some necessities.
Money is starting to get tight as rent will be due in a few days as well as a dumb speeding ticket that I got back in March that I’m *still* paying off. I just really hope I can keep my job/get to my job just so we have some money coming in. We are moving at the end of this month and I’m just really hoping we can hold our financial lives together.
I did manage to sell my iPhone yesterday so I made a profit there. My husband is selling Tablet (traditional Scottish candy) on Etsy. It’s a very cheap price so PLEASE check it out! Every little bit helps!!!
